Can Rest Based Weight Loss work even if I haven’t been able to lose weight with other diets?

Absolutely. Many women struggle to sustain weight loss on other plans because conventional diet and exercise strategies increase stress.  Rest Based Weight Loss factors in the key lifestyle changes that are required to sustain your results this time.

Do I have to give up my favorite foods or buy special meals?

Not at all! Rest Based Weight Loss is about modifying your current diet so that you can naturally reduce your overall calorie intake without feeling deprived.

Do I need any special equipment?

You’ll need a computer and internet to access materials and resources. If you sign up for coaching, you’ll need access to two sets of dumbbells (we’ll determine the weight necessary after your initial consultation). 

How soon can I see results?

You’ll have more energy, have a better overall mood, and enjoy better sleep within two weeks. Most of my clients see a decrease in weight and inches within four weeks. 

Can anyone see success with Rest Based Weight Loss?

Rest Based Weight Loss is designed for women because it targets the stress hormones most responsible for weight loss. Individual weight loss results will vary, but as long as there are no serious medical issues contributing to weight gain, most women who dedicate themselves to the process will see results.

What do I get when I sign up for coaching?

Coaching is a 3-phase process. You’ll receive a nutrition and exercise plan that is tailored to you based on an initial assessment of your hormonal make up. 
Every two weeks, you’ll fill out a progress report and we’ll meet to discuss your progress and any challenges you are facing when it comes to the program. 
You never need to worry about “falling off” the plan—the plan is tailored to you, and can be adjusted as needed.

What do I get when I schedule a Rest Based Weight Loss Workshop?

The workshop is an introduction to the four steps required for success with Rest Based Weight Loss:
  • Rest – how to keep stress hormones low
  • Exercise – how to improve fitness and achieve body change without elevating stress
  • Movement – how to use everyday activities to burn extra calories
  • Moderation – how to modify your current diet so that you can lose weight without giving up your favorite foods
Participants will leave the workshop with practical strategies they can begin implementing right away to live a Rest Based Weight Loss lifestyle.
